The challenge
The clients had lived with a patchwork heat-pump-and-portable-dehumidifier setup in their previous home and wanted to start fresh. They asked us to design a comfort system alongside the architect - not bolt one on later.
What we did
We specified a ducted heat pump system zoned for living and sleeping areas, with a balanced-pressure ventilation system tempering incoming air. Cabling, ducts and unit placements were coordinated through the build, so nothing was compromised by 'making it fit.'
The outcome
The family moved into a home that's comfortable in every room from day one - quiet, even temperatures, fresh air, and running costs they're genuinely surprised by.
